RHS Carrot Marion F1 Seeds produce a high quality Nantes type carrot, known for its smooth roots, excellent flavour and reliable performance across a long growing season. This versatile variety is ideal for gardeners looking for consistent harvests throughout the year, with roots that remain in excellent condition in the soil for extended periods.

Marion F1 is particularly valued for its ability to overwinter in all but the coldest regions, making it a dependable choice for continuous harvesting. The carrots develop with no green shoulders, ensuring an even colour and a sweeter, more refined taste from root to tip. Its strong vigour and adaptability allow it to thrive in a wide range of growing conditions, from allotments to home gardens.

This variety delivers heavy yields of straight, uniform carrots that are perfect for fresh eating, cooking and storing. Whether used in soups, roasting or salads, Marion F1 offers a classic carrot flavour with excellent texture.

Awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit, this variety is recognised for its reliability and strong garden performance. It forms part of the trusted seed range produced by Mr Fothergill’s in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society.
