Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or on a try before you buy basis. This policy explains your rights to change or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time before the renewal date.

  • You can cancel or amend your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account.

  • If you cancel a subscription after an order has already been processed or dispatched, that order will still be charged, but future deliveries will not.

  • Your statutory right to cancel (cooling-off period) applies: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your first subscription order for a full refund. For subsequent deliveries, you can cancel before the dispatch date.


Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order means you are buying an item not yet in stock but expected to become available soon.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the balance once your order is ready to dispatch.

  • You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched, and any deposit will be refunded.

  • Once a pre-order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it, but you still have your 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery, in line with our returns policy.


Try Before You Buy

  • For “try before you buy” items, your payment method will be pre-authorised but not charged at the time of order.

  • You will have a clearly stated trial period (shown at checkout and in your confirmation email) to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • If you return the item within the trial period in its original condition, your payment method will not be charged.

  • If you do not return the item within the trial period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.

  • You also retain your 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery, meaning you may return the item for a refund even after being charged, provided the item is in a resaleable condition.


How to Cancel

To cancel a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy order:

  1. Log in to your account and manage your order or subscription directly.

  2. Click the cancellation link in your order confirmation email.

We will confirm your cancellation in writing (by email) within a reasonable timeframe.
