RHS Spinach Medania is a reliable, vigorous spinach variety that delivers lush, tender leaves over a long harvest window. Whether picked young for delicate baby leaf salads or left to mature for full flavoured cooking spinach, this versatile variety performs consistently from early spring through autumn.

Bred for reliability and slow bolting performance, Spinach Medania is ideal for gardeners looking for continuous crops with minimal effort. It thrives in a wide range of growing spaces, including patio containers, grow bags, raised beds and traditional vegetable plots, making it a great choice for both compact gardens and allotments.

This RHS Award of Garden Merit variety is particularly well suited to successional sowing, allowing you to enjoy fresh spinach leaves for months at a time. Plants regenerate well after cutting, producing multiple harvests from the same sowing when picked correctly.

Produced by Mr Fothergill’s Seeds in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society, Spinach Medania combines trusted performance with excellent eating quality for dependable results in UK gardens.
