RHS Spinach Apollo F1 is a fast growing, reliable spinach variety bred for consistent performance across a long growing season. Known for its excellent disease resistance and slow bolting habit, Apollo F1 produces generous crops of tender, nutritious leaves that are ideal for both baby leaf harvesting and full size mature spinach.

This vigorous variety is well suited to UK growing conditions and performs equally well in open ground, raised beds and patio containers. The upright growth habit makes harvesting easy, while the strong resistance to bolting ensures productive plants even during warmer weather.

Apollo F1 has been awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its proven reliability and performance. As part of the RHS seed range produced by Mr Fothergill’s Seeds, it offers gardeners confidence, quality and outstanding results season after season.

Perfect for continuous sowing from spring through summer, this spinach delivers fresh, home grown leaves for salads, cooking and freezing, making it a staple crop for kitchen gardens and allotments alike.
